The Clare County Sheriff's Office is investigating a missing person's case.
20-year-old Ruthann Susan Kramer was last seen on February 18th at 9pm when she walked away from her residence in the 3000 block of East Ashard in Clare County. Ruthann suffers from multiple personality disorder and may give the false names of Butler and Mills.
Ruthann is 4 ft. 7 in. tall and weighs 120 lbs. She has pink hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, hiking boots, a black and white checkered coat and a camouflage bandana.
