Sticky-fingered fudge burglar behind bars

ACME TOWNSHIP, MI -- A man is behind bars after breaking into Murdick’s Fudge in Acme Township.

Grand Traverse County Deputies responded to Murdick’s Fudge shortly after 4 a.m. on December 30.

Investigators did not locate anyone in the building; however they followed foot prints from the scene to a wooded area near Four Mile Road, where deputies located and arrested a man, 21, from Cedar.

He was taken to the Grand Traverse County Jail.
