LAKE TOWNSHIP -- Officials are investigating a deadly shooting that took place late Tuesday night.
Shortly before 10 pm the Missaukee County Sheriff's Office received a call reporting a shooting at a home on Lachance Road near the intersection of M-55 in Lake Township.
A 46-year-old Lake City man died at the scene from a gunshot wound.
A 48-year-old man who lives at the home was arrested and now faces charges of open murder and felony firearms.
