CHEBOYGAN CO. -- A 23-year-old Gaylord man was charged with third degree Criminal Sexual Conduct for sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl.
Peter Nowak admitted to penetrating the young girl while he was staying as a guest at her parent's home.
The parties agreed that Nowak will serve 100 months to 15 years in prison. He will also be on the sex offender registration for life.
