CHEBOYGAN -- Michigan State Police arrested a 51-year-old man from Kalamazoo County on four counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct.
State Police say Leonard Richey's crimes occurred between 1990 and 1991 in Forest Township of Cheboygan County.
The investigation started early in 2010 and police say based upon their investigation, a four count CSC arrest warrant was issued in early October 2012.
Richey was arraigned in the 89th District Court on Thursday with no bond.
