The slick roads sent a Traverse Bay Area ISD bus into the ditch early Wednesday morning. Traverse City area schools, including the TBA ISD, were closed about 15 minutes after the accident.

As is the case with lake effect snow, the accumulations can vary greatly, but Sunday night into early Monday morning we saw 7" at Frederic in Crawford County and a 6" report at Alba in Antrim County.
