GRAND TRAVERSE COUNTY -- Every Saturday, the Village at Grand Traverse Commons hosts an indoor farmers market in the Mercato Corridor on Saturdays from 10 AM to 2 PM.

About 45 local farmers and vendors set up inside to bring their fresh eggs, milk, meat, cheese, breads, pastas, and sweet treats like maple syrup straight from the farm to you.

Market Manager Tricia Phelps says focusing on local farmers being able to bring their fresh goods in year round really makes for a great event. The Indoor Farmers Market also hosts special events on the 2nd Saturday of each month.

On March 9th, Edible Art will be on display and proceeds from the event will benefit the Father Fred Foundation.
