TRAVIERSE CITY, MI -- While most kids are enjoying the second half of summer with sleep overs and swim parties a group of 9 and 10 year olds in Traverse City are sacrificing all that fun for the chance of a lifetime.  The TC West All-Stars a team of little leaguers will be playing in the state finals starting tomorrow in Kalamazoo...and I had the pleasure with catching up with the boys before they hit the road...

The West All-Stars start pool play tomorrow in Kalamazoo.  The single elimination round starts Monday and the championship game is Wednesday.  TC West is not the only squad from northern Michigan headed to Kalamazoo...the 11-12 year olds from Cheboygan also made the finals...
