ANN ARBOR, Mich.  - Michigan quarterback Denard Robinson
says last year's game at Notre Dame was crazy and he enjoyed the
whole thing.
      The Fighting Irish certainly didn't.
      Robinson had a school-record 502 yards, including a 2-yard run
for the game-winning touchdown with 27 seconds left. He also scored
on an 87-yard run, the longest in Notre Dame Stadium history.
The Wolverines aren't asking Robinson to do it all this season,
like he did in Rich Rodriguez's spread offense.
New coach Brady Hoke and offensive coordinator Al Borges say
they want Robinson to simply run the team's pro-style offense with
poise, settling for small gains at times and letting teammates make
more plays.
Safety Harrison Smith says the Irish defense is excited to get
another crack at Robinson on Saturday night at Michigan Stadium.
