Dantonio releases statement on arrested players

      EAST LANSING, Mich. - Michigan State coach Mark Dantonio
says his team is handling discipline internally after linebacker
Max Bullough and tight end Brian Linthicum were arrested last week
in Colorado.
      Dantonio said in a statement Tuesday: "The matter is being
handled internally and appropriate disciplinary action has been
taken."
      Bullough was suspected of underage possession of alcohol and
Linthicum of assault in the third degree. Authorities said the two
tried to flee from officers after a fight in an Aspen, Colo., bar.
