LANSING, MI (AP) --
LANSING, Mich. (AP) - The 2010 Michigan Fish Advisory has been
issued for fish caught in the state and the Great Lakes.
The Michigan Department of Community Health's advisory was
released Thursday. It offers length and species-specific advice,
and is designed to help people select safe fish for eating from
rivers, inland lakes and the Great Lakes.
The advisory gives information about high levels of chemicals
found in fish fillet such as dioxins, polychlorinated biphenyls and
mercury.
