MOBILE, AL (AP) --
MOBILE, Ala. (AP) - The realization hit Dan LeFevour like a
blitzing linebacker.
No. 25 Central Michigan's record-setting quarterback has just
one game left in his college career - and it's here.
When he takes the field against Troy in Wednesday's GMAC Bowl,
LeFevour will be finishing up one of the finest - and most
unheralded - careers in college football.
Tim Tebow? Sure the Florida quarterback just polished off one of
game's most talked-about careers, but LeFevour can go line for line
on his resume, and win.
He finished with the Football Bowl Subdivision record for total
touchdowns (148 to Tebow's 141), and can help his fellow Chippewas
seniors match a school record with 38 wins in four years with a
victory over the Trojans (9-3).
