At 23, world luge champion Erin Hamlin is still considered to be relatively young within her sport.

Except when she looks around the USA Luge team room.

Kate Hansen is already on the World Cup circuit. She's 17. Emily Sweeney could be added to the World Cup team next week. She's 16, six years younger than her sister Megan, who's also on the national team with an eye on the Vancouver Games.

Julia Clukey is the oldest woman on the current World Cup roster for the Americans — at 24.

Together, they're the youngest team among any of the top nations on the luge circuit, yet firmly believe they'll be in the mix for medals at Vancouver in February.
