NEW YORK (AP) — In the first regular-season Top 25 poll by The Associated Press, No. 9 BYU has jumped 11 spots and No. 4 Alabama has received two first-place votes.

The Cougars pulled the biggest upset of the opening weekend of the college football season, beating Oklahoma 14-13 on Saturday. Sooners Heisman Trophy winner Sam Bradford was knocked out of the game with a shoulder injury. Oklahoma drops 10 spots from No. 3 to No. 13.

Florida is still an overwhelming No. 1, receiving 56 of 60 first-place votes Tuesday. Texas holds steady at No. 2, with two first-place votes. Alabama moved up one spot after its 34-24 victory against Virginia Tech.

Moving into the rankings are Miami, Cincinnati and Missouri. Oregon, Florida State and Iowa fall out.
