A trademark of Comerica Park for many years is no more. Outfielder Magglio Ordonez cut off his trademark shoulder length curls yesterday before a game against the Chicago Cubs. And now, he's auctioning it off for charity.

Currently listed at $5,000 on Ebay, the money raised will be used to support Imerman Angles, founded by Jon Imerman a Detroit Cancer Survivor. Imerman Angels connects a person fighting cancer today with someone who has beaten the same type of cancer  The relationship provides a fighter the opportunity to ask personal questions and receive encouragement from someone who is uniquely familiar with the situation. The relationship provides a survivor the opportunity to personally help a fighter as he or she battles the disease.

Along with winning Magglio's famous locks, the highest bidder will receive skybox tickets to the September 15th game against the Royals as well as a autographed Ordonez bat.
