EAST LANSING, MI (AP) --       EAST LANSING, Mich. (AP) - Tom Izzo's next big performance will
be on a theater stage instead of a basketball court.
The Michigan State coach will be in a show called Izzo Goes to
Broadway on May 6 at the Wharton Center on campus. Proceeds from
the show will benefit the American Cancer Society.
Izzo Goes to Broadway is a show tracing Izzo's journey from high
school in the Upper Peninsula to Michigan State's sidelines and
eventually to Broadway. The performance features six accomplished
Broadway performers and music from several Broadway shows including
Cats, Chicago and The Phantom of the Opera.
Tickets range from $55 to $150.
