CHEBOYGAN CO. -- Cheboygan County Sheriff's deputies have arrested a man they say had sex with three different relatives under the age of 13.
53-year-old Bernard Dale Brasseur was arrested in early February on three counts of 1st degree Criminal Sexual Conduct.
The charges carry a penalty of up to life in prison. Brasseur is also charged as a habitual offender, 2nd offense.
His preliminary exam is set for March 13.
His bond was set at $20,000.
