Presque Isle County man charged with 15 child sex crimes

PRESQUE ISLE CO. -- A Presque Isle County man is accused of coercing young children to engage in sexual activity to produce child pornography.

David Parker, 46,  of Millersburg was charged with 11 counts of child sexually abusive activity and three counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct of a person under the age of 13.  An additional charge involved using a computer to commit a crime.

According to court documents Parker is accused of persuading and coercing 7 and 8-year-olds to engage in sexually abusive activity for the purpose of producing child sexually abusive material. 

Court documents also say the abusive activity started in June of 2009 and continued through this month.

Parker will be back in court for a Preliminary Exam on Dec. 4.
