Beach Bums Fall In Opener To Wild Things

TRAVERSE CITY, MI – The Traverse City Beach Bums rallied from a 3-0 deficit, but fell 5-3 in the opener of a three-game series at Wuerfel Park on Thursday night.


The Beach Bums finished with six hits, two of which came off the bat of Brad Miller who was 2-for-4. Mike Epping was chosen as the Beach Bums Player of the Game after driving in a pair of runs and finishing 1-for-3 with two walks. Mike Goetz, Zack Kalter, and Patrick Perry also finished with hits.
