US skier Lanning has surgery

T.J. Lanning was injured in a crash during the Lake Louise Men's World Cup downhill ski race in Lake Louise, Alberta, Nov. 28.

The U.S. Ski Team says TJ Lanning had surgery to fuse two vertebrae in his neck to stabilize a fracture.
