It's week 1 of our 16 week long Race to Bayshore Training program. Over the next 4 months, you will be able to follow along and train with Anne, our first time 10k runner, Lauren, our first time half marathon runner, and Marc, who is trying to reach a goal that has eluded him for the past 16 years!
