Dozens of dogs found starving and covered in feces

25 of the 50 dogs found at the home were removed and placed in shelters around Manistee County.
UPDATED WITH PHOTOS: A tip led an Animal Control Officer to a Manistee County home where 40 to 50 dogs were found. Many of the dogs were underweight and covered in feces.
