7&4 News met with one sergeant's parents Friday afternoon to get their reaction and we spoke via phone to the himself.

A Charlevoix County family breathes a sigh of relief after their son, a sergeant at Fort Hood is safe despite the tragic attacks.  Sergeant Dominic Moes of Boyne City is a public relations officer there, but he was not on base during the shootings.
