CLARE -- A 25-year-old man was arrested last week for failing to inform his sexual partners that he is HIV positive.

Philip Manners, of Clare, was arrainged on the felony charge and released on bond.

Police are asking to get word out because they believe that there are victims that may have been exposed and do not know it.
