ALPENA -- An Alpena man suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder was tased by police during a flashback of the Iraq war.

Police were called to the home on Bedford Street late Monday night.  Police found the 47-year-old holding a military style rifle and yelling.   Officers say the man is an Iraq war veteran and was having a flashback of an ambush. 

The weapon was not loaded.  The veteran was taken to the hospital for evaluation.
