National HIV Testing Day is just around the corner and starting Monday, Planned Parenthood is offering a week of free testing to the community.

National HIV Testing Day is this Wednesday June 27th and to recognize the day Planned Parenthood of West and Northern Michigan will offer free testing at all of it's 8 health centers on June 25th through June 29th.

According the Center for Disease Control and Prevention more than one million Americans are living with HIV and 20 percent of them don't know they have it. Testing and treatment can help save lives and reduce the spreading of the disease.
