Evart High School principal Alan Kullman has been charged with three counts of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the first degree.

Detective Sergeant Gary Green confirmed that Kullman had sex with a 14-year-old student.

Kullman remains in jail tonight, held without bond.

Kullman took a leave of absence last Tuesday and has not been on duty at the school since.
