CHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- In Cheboygan County, a woman died when a fire ripped through her home Saturday morning.

This fire happened on the 6000 block of Needles Road, north of Indian River.

Tracie Cary was found dead with her dog next to her.  Right now, an autopsy is being performed on Cary's body. 

Investigators say the fire appears to have started near the wood stove and does not look suspicious.

The Michigan State Fire Marshal was on scene Monday investigating.
