CHEBOYGAN COUNTY -- A truck driver is dead after a fiery crash in Cheboygan County. Deputies say around 3:20 p.m. Tuesday Kenneth Seabolt of Kalkaska veered off I-75 north of Levering Road and crashed in several trees.

The semi truck he was driving then caught on fire. Seabolt died in the accident. Deputies are still investigating, but say speed and drugs are not believed to be factors. The semi was pulling flatbed trailers loaded with processed lumber. Seabolt was 57 years old.
