GRAYLING -- UpNorthLive's Facebook fans voted to hear more about an upcoming "Fraud Fest" in Crawford County.

The event titled "Scams and Scum in Crawford County" is being held by the Crawford County Commission on Aging.  Topics covered at the Fraud Fest include: Funeral planning, home repair, home equity, and investment fraud.

The Fraud Fest conference will take place at the Grayling Senior Center on Oct. 19 from 10 a.m. - 3 p.m..  A lunch will be served at noon.  The cost of lunch is a suggested donation of $2.50 for seniors 60+ and $5.25 for those under 60.
