TRAVERSE CITY -- A local church hosted the Traverse Life Clinic in Traverse City on Saturday. It's aimed at helping families in need.

For the third year in a row,  Immanuel Baptist Church offered a day of free services for people in the area.

Families were able to get medical screenings and even physical therapy. There were also free hair cuts, winter clothes, family portraits, and manicures available.

Organizers say there was a huge turn out because the need is so strong in the area.
