Overnight standoff in Grand Traverse County

Several rounds fired at deputies
TRAVERSE CITY -- There are two suspects in custody after a standoff and shootout in Grand Traverse County. 7&4 News was the only station on the scene Friday morning.
Investigators say Parker Ayers and Whitney Mcnett broke into Medicap Pharmacy on US 31 near Chums Corner around 1 a.m. Friday morning. When Grand Traverse County Deputies arrived on scene they saw the suspects inside and demanded them to come out of the building with their hands up. That's when police say Ayers pointed a gun at deputies and shot several rounds.
We're told the deputies fired back at the suspects who then retreated to the back of the pharmacy. The Regional Response Team was called in a perimeter was set up, Negotiators made contact with one of the suspect's cell phone, but lost contact. A group of officers went into the pharmacy went into the pharmacy and both suspects were arrested.
Noone was hurt.
The Grand Traverse County Sheriff's Office says both suspects are at Munson Medical Center and will eventually be transported to the Grand Traverse County Jail.
Ayers has been charged with Intent to Committ Murder of a Police Officer, Breaking and Entering, Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Habitual Offender 4th Offense.
Mcnett is charged with Breaking and Entering.
