TRAVERSE CITY -- The start to the 2011 SwingShift & The Stars is just days away and that means another season of celebrity dancers trying to raise money for area charities.

Creator of the event, Judy Harrison and Melissa Coolman, manager of High Impact Productions sat down with 7&4's Melissa Smith to preview this year's big event.

The first competition is Friday, September 16th at the Traverse City Opera House.  Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and the show itself starts at 7:15.  Tickets start at $20.
