ATLANTA -- With fall in the air, the first of its kind high school football alumni game will be taking place in Montmorency County.  This weekend is the Atlanta verses Mio-Ausable Alumni Football Game.

The game is bringing alums from all over the country back to northern Michigan for some full on contact football.  All proceeds from tickets sales will go towards both high school football programs.

Brent Marlatt who is coaching the Atlanta team says it shows the comradery of the two schools and the pride that a local community has.  Forty players on each team will be facing off Saturday, September 3rd for the big game that starts at 7 p.m.

Ticket sales:

• Adults, $8
• Children 6-17 years old, $4
• Ages five and under are free
