GAYLORD, MI -- The Otsego County man accused of assaulting his girlfriend, throwing his two-year-old baby out a window, and burning the house down is charged with the crimes.

21 year-old Colten Spencer Hague has been charged with several counts, including arson, assault with a dangerous weapon, and domestic violence -- all felonies.

He faces several other charges as well stemming from the Tuesday morning fire.

After a day-long search for Colten, police say he stole an off-road vehicle and led police on a chase down I-75.

He's expected back in court next week.
