PENTWATER -- A Mason County community is mourning the loss of a teen, pulled from the water in Pentwater earlier this week.

Delilah Perez, 13,  of Ludington was found unconscious in the water off State Park Beach Wednesday.  Officials say she died from her injuries Thursday night at a Grand Rapids hospital.
