TRAVERSE CITY -- Monday night, the Traverse Area District Library is releasing the results of an employee survey that was conducted by Northwest Michigan College at it's board meeting.

The meeting starts at 5:30p.m. at the Interlochen Public Library.

The library's board of trustees asked for the survey to be conducted after some employees complained about the library's director, Metta Lansdale.

They hope the results provide a better understanding of how the library is being run, and how employees really feel about the work place.
