TRAVERSE CITY -- With beach season right around the corner some people are starting to think of ways to shed those winter pounds.  One simple way to jump start the process and get healthy is by eating the right foods.

Registered dietitian, Jen May also a nutritional counselor with Creekside Clinic in Traverse City breaks down what food groups are best.  May says it's simple and delicious when it comes to healthy snacks.  She also stresses that a good breakfast every morning is the key to weight loss.
