BIG RAPIDS, MI -- Deputies said two men are behind bars for a breaking intro a business in Big Rapids.

Mecosta County Sheriff's Office responded to an alarm at a business on Perry Street in Big Rapids Township. 

The alarms were investigated and 2 men were later arrested in Newaygo County by the Newaygo County Sheriff's Office on possession of stolen property. 

The two suspects were taken into custody and were transported to the Mecosta County Jail. They were interviewed and confessed to the break-in. 

The property was recovered and turned back over to the business.  The names of the suspects will be released upon being arraigned in the 77th District Court.
