MECOSTA CO., MI -- Two Big Rapids men are behind bars Tuesday night, the suspects of a few snowmobile thefts.

The Mecosta County Sheriff's Office says the thieves stole a total of three snowmobiles, two from Lakeside Motor Sports in Mecosta and a third from Remus Repair in Remus.

The Sheriff's Office believes the thefts took place Monday night into early Tuesday morning.

The snowmobiles have been recovered, and the two men are waiting for their arraignment at the Mecosta County Jail.  They'll be arraigned Wednesday.
