First wave of Senior Boomers to have impact on economy
TRAVERSE CITY -- As American troops returned to family life after World War II, the nation saw a trend known today as the Baby Boom. Now, more than six decades later those boomers are turning 65 years old.
One industry that stands to prosper from this American aging trend over the next few years is the senior care industry. Erin Simon, the owner of Senior Helpers in Traverse City says they're ready for the influx in business.
