TRAVERSE CITY -- If your a die-hard shopper today is probably your favorite day of the year.

Hundreds of people braved the snow and dropping temperatures Friday morning to be the first in line for black Friday at Target at the Grand Traverse Mall.         

With blankets in hand some lined up as early as midnight.  The doors opened at 4 a.m. with shoppers eagerly running in looking to get their hands on some great gifts at a reduced price.
