TRAVERSE CITY -- Traverse City's warehouse district will soon be getting a brand new hotel.

City Commissioners gave final approval for Hotel Indigo Monday night.

Construction on the four story hotel could begin as soon as November.  It will likely include a tunnel beneath the Grandview Parkway, which will lead to the beach.  A timeline for when the tunnel will be built is still not set.
