TRAVERSE CITY -- A Manistee man is in jail accused of sexually assaulting his girlfriend's 12-year-old daughter.

Traverse City Police say the woman found the man lying in bed with her daughter early Thursday morning.  The man then ran out of the house.

Police arrested him a short time later and will be charged with criminal sexual assault.
