GAYLORD -- Northbound lanes of  I-75 are  back open after a deadly accident shut them down for hours.

It happened near Exit 276 around 1:30 p.m. Friday and the northbound lanes were closed for nearly three hours.

One person was killed.  The investigation into the cause continues.
