EMMET CO. -- An Emmet County woman is facing felony drug charges.

Tammy Mulder, 40, of Harbor Springs was arrested Wednesday on two felony counts of Operating/Maintaining Laboratory Involving Methamphetamine and Possession of Methamphetamine.

Mulder faces up to 20 years on the first charge and up to 10 on the second.  Sheriff's Deputies were assisted by officers from SANE.  It was determined during the investigation that the scene was not a hazmat type situation.    

Mulder is in the Emmet County Jail on a $20,000 bond.
