DETROIT (AP) -- A Roscommon County Sheriff Department report says Lions President Tom Lewand's breath test showed he had more than twice the state's legal limit for blood alcohol levels when he was arrested.

The report was released to the Detroit Free Press on Monday.

It says he was pulled over Friday night after his Lincoln sport utility vehicle was seen crossing from one lane to another after leaving a bar's parking lot.

Lewand was issued a citation for operating while intoxicated in Denton Township, Mich., about 150 miles northwest of Detroit.

His blood-alcohol level was 0.21 percent about an hour after he was stopped for erratic driving and .20 a few minutes later.

Lewand said in a statement Saturday night that he is "deeply sorry" for his actions and takes full responsibility.
