The Grayling City Manager is officially arraigned on criminal charges.

David Thayer was arrested earlier this month following a two month investigation.  Thayer was charged  Wednesday afternoon with a 24 count misdemeanor  for releasing confidential social security numbers to the public.

Grayling city leaders will hold a special meeting  to discuss what to do next.  The meeting will take place Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall.
