GRAYLING -- Grayling's City Manager was taken from his office in handcuffs Thursday..

David Thayer is facing a 24 counts of releasing confidential information.  Crawford County Sheriff Kirk Wakefield said the arrest follows a two month investigation and stems from social security numbers being released to the public.

Each charge carries up to 93 days in jail.
