Coast Guard Air Station Traverse City could be getting 4 new helicopters.

Under President Obama's proposed 2011 budget,  the air station may be able to replace its HH 65 Dolphin Helicopters with used MH 60 Jayhawks.

According to officials the new helicopters are faster and larger than the current Dolphins and would be able to carry twice the weight.
